PORTSMOUTH, Va. (June 17, 2026) Master Chief Hospital Corpsman Louis Raiford and Hospitalman Apprentice Winnie Li, both assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth, take a group photo with NMRTC Portsmouth leadership during a ceremony for the hospital corpsman's 128th birthday at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP), June 17, 2026. NMCP is the U.S. Navy’s premiere healthcare facility, having supported the maritime readiness of the U.S. Navy’s and U.S. Marine Corps’ forward-deployed units with high-quality medical care for nearly 200 years.
