Carol Devine, executive assistant to the executive officer at Naval Medical Center San Diego (NMCSD), delivers remarks during her retirement ceremony at NMCSD, June 24, 2026. Devine retired after 59 years of federal service, including 49 years at NMCSD, where she served as a trusted advisor and administrative professional supporting generations of military and civilian leaders.
