Emily Latimer, emergency clinical nurse specialist with Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Camp Lejeune. Latimer’s project was awarded by the Defense Health Agency Nursing Award for Evidence-Based Practice for her leadership on examining methods for administering blood specifically to pediatric trauma patients.
