YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 23, 2026) — Capt. Torrin W. Velazquez delivers farewell remarks during the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command Yokosuka change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium. Velazquez transferred command to Capt. Joshua A. Miller following two years leading the command and U.S. Naval Hospital (USNH) Yokosuka.
