YOKOSUKA, Japan (July 23, 2026) — Capt. Joshua A. Miller salutes Rear Adm. Kevin J. Brown, commander, Naval Medical Forces Pacific; director, Defense Health Network Pacific Rim; and chief of the Navy Medical Corps, during the U.S. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (USNMRTC) Yokosuka change of command ceremony at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka's C2 Auditorium..
