Sailors assigned to Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Bethesda’s Casualty Receiving and Treatment Ship (CRTS) 7 aboard the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS San Antonio (LPD 17) and USS Fort Lauderdale during an overseas deployment in support of maritime security operations.
