ATSUGI, Japan (Sept. 1, 2026) — A U.S. Army and U.S. Navy medical officers evaluate a simulated casualty during Big Rescue Kanagawa 2026 at the Kanagawa Prefectural Comprehensive Disaster Prevention Center and Fire Academy.
