COMMAND SPONSORSHIP / WELCOME ABOARD

Hafa Adai (Good Day) from Guam and congratulations on receiving orders to U.S. Naval Hospital, Guam (USNH). I look forward to your arrival, and am excited for you to be joining our team. We love the work we do: delivering top-quality patient and family-centered care, ensuring service members are always mission-ready, and mentoring our staff towards the highest standards of personal and professional growth.

Please update your information on NKO. Logon and follow instruction located below:
  • On the top of the NKO home page Click on the PROFILE tab located under your name
  • Fill in basic user information, especially a valid e-mail address!
The number to the Quarter Deck is 671-344-9340

INITIAL POINT OF CONTACT: For any questions, concerns, sponsor info or to receive additional formation about your transition to USNH Guam, contact your USNH Guam Enlisted Sponsorship Coordinators: at 671-344-9253, DSN 671-344-9253 and at 671-344-9321, DSN 671-344-9321.

ATTENTION ENLISTED SINGLE SAILORS E-1-E-4: Basic Enlisted Quarters (BEQs) will be assigned to you on your arrival to the Command. You must first check into the command for a probationary period and then request in writing to move out of the BEQ. Consider stateside non temporary or civilian storage options, as storage facilities on Guam are limited. Regardless of your years in service, you may not be authorized to draw OHA until the BEQ population reaches 95%. Please understand that this also applies to all E-4 and below with less than 4 years of service and Household Goods (HHG).

PLEASE BE ADVISED: There is limited housing available in Guam, however, we do have adequate space in the barracks - do not attempt to sign into a lease as an E-4 or below without proper authorization!

CHILDCARE: Questions and concerns can be directed to the Family Service Center at 671-333-2059. You may also contact a Childcare Resources and Referral Representative at 671-472-2312/3 or Central Enrollment at 671-564-1844/5 or by email.
