Quick Start Checklist for Crew Members:
Capitalize on the momentum – make your new exercise, nutrition, and fluid intake habits lifelong ones!
- Join a Crew of up to 10 Crew Members.
- Print the Leaders Guide and the Rules for Scoring.
- Complete the Health and Fitness History Questionnaires and Contract ; discuss with your Crew Leader.
- Find a food tracking app you like and will use.
- Start exercising and eating your fruits and veggies!
- Participate in a Weekly Crew Activity.
- Keep track of your activities:
- Enter your daily scores on your Crew Member Weekly Log .
- Give your Crew Member Weekly Log to your Crew Leader promptly at the end of each week.
- Agree to participate in a local health-related event within three months of completing Crews Into Shape.
- Provide your feedback on the challenge within one week of completing the program.
- Get your certificate from your Crew Leader and celebrate your team's success!
