This course prepares Dental Corps Officers for the unique challenges of administrative/operational dentistry. It provided familiarization with the shipboard orientation, Navy policy and procedures, dental readiness, leadership, and logistics. This course meets the requirement for the Surface Warfare Medical Department Officer Qualification.

Target audience:

Navy active-duty Dental Corps Officer (2200)/Navy Reserve Dental Officer (2205); nominees reporting to a NECC unit, ship, or another fleet unit.
