SPECIMEN SUBMISSION

* * *NAVY (USN) URINALYSIS SPECIMEN SUBMISSION* * *

All CONUS commands and mobile units geographically located in states west of the Mississippi River plus Alaska, Illinois and Wisconsin, plus the PACOM and CENTCOM AORs shall send all urinalysis specimens to NDSL Great Lakes.

All CONUS commands and mobile units geographically located in states east of the Mississippi River (excluding Illinois and Wisconsin) plus the SOUTHCOM, AFRICOM, and EUCOM AORs shall send all urinalysis specimens to NDSL Jacksonville:

Navy commands / units in Hawaii shall continue to be serviced by the Forensic Toxicology Drug Testing Laboratory at the Tripler Army Medical Center (FTDTL-TAMC).

All Marine Corps units / commands that previously submitted urinalysis specimens to NDSL San Diego shall send their urinalysis specimens to NDSL Great Lakes

* * *STEROID TESTING URINALYSIS SPECIMEN SUBMISSION* * *

Steroid testing is facilitated by NDSL Great Lakes; please reference the Steroid Testing page for submission information.

Currently, neither mpox testing nor treatment are readily available in a forward deployed operational setting. Units should identify suspected cases, isolate them, and move them for care at an MTF when operationally feasible.
