NAVY BLOODBORNE INFECTION MANAGEMENT CENTER (NBIMC)

The Navy Bloodborne Infection Management Center (NBIMC) is a Field Activity of the Navy and Marine Corps Force Health Protection Command (NMCFHPC). The NBIMC office is located on the campus of the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center at the Naval Support Activity in Bethesda, MD. NBIMC oversees the administration of the HIV program for the Department of the Navy (DoN), as directed by the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) for the  Bureau of Personnel (BUPERS).
