General Administrative Services Provided

NEPMU-2's Administrative Department is available to assist new members with the check-in process and ensure all documentation and entitlements are input with accuracy. Additionally, admin provides assistance to members with mission-essential travel requirements and serve as your liaison with My Navy Career Center, Naval Station Norfolk, for pay issues, updating Record of Dependency Data (RED/DA), Service Members Group Life Insurance (SGLI), travel claims, and more.

Welcome Aboard Package

If you have not received a Welcome Aboard package and your transfer date is getting close, please contact the Administration Department at Commercial: (757) 953-6600, or DSN: 377-6600.  If you have not been contacted by a sponsor, please contact our Command Sponsorship Coordinators.  My Point of contact is HM1 Elizabeth Rowan, elizabeth.m.rowan3.mil@health.mil.
 

Ombudsman

Checking In

Normal working hours of operations are from 0730 - 1630, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Personnel arriving during normal working hours should report to NEPMU-2's administrative department after checking in at the quarterdeck and having your orders stamped. After-hours check-in is not available until the next working day.
