Sailors in the Navy Reserve provide unique skill sets that are essential to the Total Force. We understand that Reservists and their families face different challenges than their active duty counterparts due to living and working in communities often far from a Navy base or other military facility. We offer tailored healthy living resources for Reservists and their families to help support readiness and overall health. We also offer ready-to-use materials and tools for medical staff and health promotion coordinators to help their Reservists be healthy, before, during, and after drill duty.
