Information Management and Technology (M6)

M4/6 Information Management (IM) and Information Technology (IT) is the primary subject matter expert to the commander for IM /IT NMFL.

Internal Roles and Functions:

• Provides internal technical support assistance, to include: hardware and software support, software installation request, technology equipment support, and network connectivity
• Maintains the command’s internal SharePoint collaboration websites.

External Roles and Functions:

• Provides regional IT consultation and support for patient/electronic health record systems, software, network security and connectivity, project and program management
• Assist in developing and implementing software, hardware, and network solutions
