Follow I-95 S to Russell Rd in Dumfries. Take exit 148 from I-95 S
Head west on I-495 S/I-95 S
Keep left at the fork to continue on I-95 S, follow signs for Richmond
Take exit 148 toward Marine Corps Base Quantico
Continue on Russell Rd to your destination
Turn left onto Russell Rd
At the traffic circle, take the 3rd exit onto Barnett Ave
Turn left onto Catlin Ave

From Richmond, via I-95 North

Follow I-95 N to Russell Rd in Dumfries. Take exit 148 from I-95 N
Head southwest on I-95 S
Take exit 74B toward Franklin St
Turn right onto E Franklin St
Turn right at the 1st cross street onto N 14th St
Turn right onto E Broad St/US 250
Use the right lane to take the I-95 E ramp
Keep left at the fork, follow signs for I-95 N/I-64/Washington and merge onto I-95 N
Keep left at the fork to stay on I-95N
Take exit 148 toward Marine Corps Base Quantico
