The Naval Medical Forces Pacific Administration Directorate provides oversight and professional and technical assistance for the effective and efficient management of military and administrative operations. This includes the following:
 
  • Responsible for the proper handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence  
  • Manage the operation and distribution of headquarters mail, forms, directives, and reports
  • Manage the tasking and response process from higher authority to headquarters and subordinate commands 
  • Manage the Administration/Secretariat office to provide quality, timely, and efficient administration and general management and support services consistent with the command's strategic plan

  • Mail distribution
