Administration

The Naval Medical Forces Pacific Administration Directorate provides oversight and professional and technical assistance for the effective and efficient management of military and administrative operations. This includes the following:

Responsible for the proper handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondence
Manage the operation and distribution of headquarters mail, forms, directives, and reports
Manage the tasking and response process from higher authority to headquarters and subordinate commands
Manage the Administration/Secretariat office to provide quality, timely, and efficient administration and general management and support services consistent with the command's strategic plan

Additionally, the Administration Directorate supervises the administrative operation of the following programs:

Correspondence management
Directives management
Files and records systems
Records disposal
Navy pay and personnel administrative support
Military performance evaluations and fitness reports
Regional awards and decorations program
Transfers and leave program
Military discipline
Collateral duties
Command sponsor program
Navy Family Accountability and Assessment System
Command Individual Medical Readiness
Mail distribution
Other appropriate administrative and command operations programs.
