Food is fuel for the body; to perform at your peak, you have to eat healthfully and live a healthy lifestyle. It's important that you maintain a healthy body weight and body fat percentage, get the recommended amount of physical activity and consume the recommended nutrients from food. Health professionals can use these resources to help Sailors and Marines perform at their best.
Learn more about performance nutrition by visiting Navy Operational Fitness and Fueling System (NOFFS) Nutrition and Navy Operational and Fueling System.
