Administration & High Reliability Operations

• The Administration Department’s mission is to provide administrative support to NAMRU-SA military, civilian, and contracting staff.  The Administration Department offers professional guidance concerning administrative matters that have daily impacts on mission critical actions. Our goal is to be professional, courteous, and expeditious in all administrative matters that are processed through the Administrative Department.  Every action is meticulously handled with respect and confidentiality to ensure our team has the utmost professional experience.

Resource Management & Acquisitions

• Resource Management (RM) administers and coordinates all financial resources entrusted to NAMRU-SA.  Appropriated funds supporting research in the areas of combat casualty care, craniofacial, and directed energy include:

  • Operation and Maintenance-Navy (O&M-N)

  • Research Development Test and Evaluation-Navy, (RDT&E-N)

  • Research Development Test and Evaluation-Defense Health Programs (RDT&E-DHP)

  • Reimbursable and Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADA)
