To save some typing, values in some fields may be saved by checking the box for that field.
PII/PHI fields can't be saved. Data in these fields will clear automatically when the tab/browser is closed. No data is transmitted over the internet.
Adobe Acrobat/Reader Users
Update: In the past, a workaround was required to get the values of the header and footer fields (date, name, etc.) to duplicate across pages. However, this is no longer the case. MMO forms should now work equally as well in the major browsers (Chrome, Edge, FireFox) and in Adobe Acrobat/Reader.
How to Backup Your Favorites
You may lose your favorites when your browser cache is cleared, IMD resets your computer, etc.
You will lose your favorites at some point, so it's important to back them up.
Create a bookmark of the MMO homepage with your favorites to create a backup.
When you open MMO via the bookmark, your favorites will be restored.
To create a bookmark, click the star on the right-side of the address bar, or type CTRL+d
You can also share your favorites with someone else by sending them the link. This will only work if the other person doesn't have any favorites saved.
Be sure to update your bookmark whenever you update your favorites.
