MEDICAL SURVEILLANCE AND CERTIFICATION

The Navy is committed to providing a safe and healthful workplace for all of its personnel, military and civilian. As a part of accomplishing this goal, the Occupational and Environmental Medicine (OEM) Department at NMCPHC publishes NMCPHC-TM OM 6260 Medical Surveillance Procedures Manual and Medical Matrix, the authoritative guide for occupational medical surveillance and certification programs. NMCPHC-TM OM 6260, usually referred to as the Medical Matrix (or simply the Matrix), is a critical component of the Navy's successful medical surveillance program. The OEM Department's professional staff also provides consultative services to health care providers and line commands to assist with the correct enrollment, evaluation, care, and disposition of personnel in medical surveillance and job certification programs.

MEDICAL MATRIX ONLINE

Medical Matrix Online is the digital companion to the Medical Matrix.  It is designed to include all the elements comprising the medical surveillance program for each hazardous exposure a worker is exposed to, and produce a single exam (SF600 overprint) from those programs.

MMO is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, and Edge; Chrome is preferable.  Internet Explorer 11 is not supported.
