For those who have received orders to NEPMU-5, we are excited to welcome you to our team! If you have yet to hear from your sponsor, please contact the Sponsorship Coordinator to ensure a smooth transition into our family and answer any additional questions you may have. Checking In

Those assigned to NEPMU-5 should report between the hours of 0800 - 1400 to the Administration Department office behind the Quarterdeck of building 3235, located on 32nd street (Commissary side) of Naval Base San Diego. After working hours, on weekends and holidays, report by calling the OOD duty phone at (619) 279-0756. Upon your arrival please contact your sponsor at the number they provided you in order to meet you at the NEPMU-5 Admin Office to assist you with check-in. Please bring with you your Government Travel Card, a copy of your orders, and the most recent copy of your Cyber Awareness training certificate.

Currently, neither mpox testing nor treatment are readily available in a forward deployed operational setting. Units should identify suspected cases, isolate them, and move them for care at an MTF when operationally feasible.
