Advanced Medical Department Enlisted

Advanced Medical Department Enlisted Course 

The Advanced Medical Department Enlisted Course is a prerequisite for Executive Medical Department Enlisted Course (EMDEC). Applicants must complete the Advanced Medical Department Enlisted Course (AMDEC) and the Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education (SEJPME from Joint Forces Staff College) or the NCO JPME (at Navy E-learning ) to be eligible for the EMDEC. 

To receive CE and ACE credits, you must complete Senior Enlisted Joint Professional Military Education (SEJPME).  SELs have 90 days to complete SEJPME and must be completed by the last day of the EMDEC in which they are enrolled, which ever comes first. All pre-requisites must be completed by the first day of class (certificates will be collected). Course registration instructions follow:

1.  AMDEC
     a.  Navigate to Navy E-Learning [now via NETC Learning Management System]https://www.aas.prod.nel.training.navy.mil/ELIAASv2p/
     b.  DoD Notice - click on "I Agree"
     c.  DoD Notice - click on "Login with CAC Card"
     d.  Select tab "Course Catalog"
     e.  Under Learning Category - Select: Department of the Navy (DoN) Training.  Then, Navy Medical Education and Training, thereafter, "Advanced Medical
          Department Enlisted Course"
      f.  Scroll down to see AMDEC Units 1, 2, &3

    g.  Select ENROLL for each unit and add to Learning Plan

    h.  Return to tab, "My Learning" and launch the course

2. B. NCO JPME

    a.  Navigate to Navy E-Learning (now via NETC Learning Management System) 

    b.  DoD Notice - Click on "I Agree" 

    c.  DoD Notice - Click on "Login With CAC Card"

    d.  Select tab, "Course Catalog"

    e.  Under learning category - Select "Senior Non-Commissioned Officers JPME"

    f.  Select ENROLL for each unit and add to Learning Plan

    g.  Return to tab, "My Learning" and launch course
