Leader Development Continuum

Mission
To develop and educate Navy Medicine personnel through a common framework of leadership development for continued future service; and to enhance character by strengthening our leaders’ ability to conduct themselves consistent with the Navy core values of honor, courage, and commitment.

Current Initiatives
We accomplish this mission by executive initiatives aimed at developing character, competence, and connection across our Navy Medical Force. Our current initiatives include:

Formalizing tracking and monitoring of Officer Career Development Board compliance across Navy Medicine through development of electronic tracking module.
Leading Leadership Development Advisory Council through developing leader development recommendations to Navy Medicine Leadership.
